Participant Testimonial: |
“My experience happened to be quite magical. Balenbouche is a delightful, delicious and enchanting experience made so by three kind, intelligent, beautiful and impassioned women who work very hard to do things just right. Paired with Trish of Tropical Escapes, the yoga week was a very fun, fit, interesting and healthy opportunity. Trish is gifted and has the ability to do it all, literally. This includes getting transported around some wicked roads. I enjoyed the morning and evening yoga in the open barn, the walks to private beaches, the delicious food and conversation. There is basic goodness and good health here with Trish and Balenbouche as well as an element of glamour, of good taste. I am quite certain this trip changed my life: it opened my heart; I made friends. I continue my life with a higher level of fitness and sustain myself with some peaceful, beautiful memories”.

Testimonial: |
“Working together with Tropical Escapes and Balenbouche Estate, we have been able to create a once-in-a-lifetime, life changing retreat. The magical grounds of Balenbouche set amidst secluded beaches, an organic farm, herb and fruit gardens and a magical Banyan tree right in the middle is the perfect setting for escape, reflection, new experience and rejuvenation. Additionally, the uniquely appointed guest suites, the freshly prepared, health promoting meals and the kindness and generosity of the women of Balenbouche, influence and inspire guests towards a life that is a little simpler and a lot sweeter. Having travelled around the world seeking such simplicity and warmth wherever I go, nowhere that I had the pleasure of visiting has come close to this. There is no where like it and only being there, can anyone truly understand the gifts and greatness of this place”
