Page has been a practitioner of yoga for 15 years and is the founder
of Discover
& Recover Yoga, an organization promoting wellness
of body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga, meditation,
devotional chanting and hypnosis. Tamara will offer Yoga Vinyasa
& Pranayama classes daily that will focus on developing inner
strength both emotionally and physically to create harmony and balance
that will ultimately facilitate the deeper awakening of ones inner
divinity. |

Philosophy
will be taught by Dr. Edwin Bryant. He is featured throughout “Yoga
Unveiled”, has published 6 books, formerly taught Hinduism
at Harvard University and currently teaches Hindu Religion and Philosophy
at Rutgers University. Dr. Bryant’s lively, clear and practical
presentation is aimed at imparting the teachings and wisdom of the
yoga tradition to those inspired to follow a deeper path of yoga.
**Philosophy credits can be applied towards Yoga Alliance as well as Anusara certification** |

| Adventures & Activities: |
Afternoon
philosophy discussions will be incorporated into island excursions
to the rainforest, beach, botanical gardens and sulphur springs.
There will be plenty of time to relax as well as the option to arrange
additional “a
la carte” activities like scuba diving,
mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, rainforest
canopy tours and massages. |
