Grove Inn |

This
quiet and friendly country inn is nestled on hillside amidst lush
tropical flora. Located on the east coast of St. Lucia, it is surrounded
by banana and coconut plantations and there is always a nice sea
breeze. The Fox Grove Inn boasts a brilliant view of Praslin Bay
and the Frigate Islands.
Here you can completely relax as you sit back and admire the breathtaking
sea views or the moon rising over the hills at night. Beautifully
landscaped tropical gardens surround the large swimming pool with
its spacious sun-terrace. The Mamiku Botanical Gardens, with over
200 varieties of tropical plants, is just a 5-10 minute walk. The
magnificent Sandy Beach, pristine rainforest hiking trails, stunning
waterfalls and numerous adventures and activities are all very accessible.
The hotel has twelve comfortably furnished bedrooms each with a
bathroom and shower. Six of the rooms feature private, sea view
balconies. There are also two additional self contained villa-apartments
– one 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom – each with a living
room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace providing splendid views
of the surrounding greenery as well Praslin Bay.
The Fox Grove Inn’s restaurant offers international cuisine
and is often quoted as one of the best restaurants on the island.
The owner, Franz Louis-Fernand, has more then 40 years of international
experience as a chef in the best hotels in England, France, Belgium
and Switzerland and runs the kitchen himself. Fresh seafood is bought
from the village fisherman whilst the herbs, vegetables and fruits
are selected at the market and from local farms.
