Options – The Edge is Harmony Suites waterfront restaurant.
Brunches and the welcome and farewell dinners prepared especially
for our yoga groups have been a highlight for past retreat participants.
“Eurobbean” fusion cuisine is served. Vegetarian, vegan
and other dietary requirements can be met. 20+ other restaurants
and a grocery store are within walking distance. |

Massage
and Spa Options – The Kevala Yoga Studio and “Spa”
are located onsite at Harmony Suites. At the beautiful Asian-style
treatment room they offer an integrated approach to holistic healthcare
providing ayurvedic therapies, aromatherapy, sports and occupational
injury massages. Caribbean Caress Group of Therapies is only a few
minutes away. They offer neuromuscular therapy, Swedish and sports
massage as well as a variety of other treatments. In room massages
and visits to other full service spas can also be arranged. |

Pool – A fresh water pool with lounge chairs and
umbrellas is located in the courtyard. |

– All rooms over look the courtyard, pool or garden. Many
have a view of the marina. The luxury waterfront suites offer a
superior view directly at the waters edge. |

Yoga
Space – Newly renovated, breezy room with ceiling
and standing fans. Room measures 45ft x 20ft with great wall space.
Floor covering is indoor/outdoor carpet. A/C is scheduled to be
installed fall 2008. Mats, straps, blocks and blankets provided. |

Other
– All suites have a private balcony or patio, cable TV, in
room safe, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, direct
dial telephone, hair dryer, separated w/c, clock radio, bath tub
& shower unit, 110 & 220 volt power outlet, one king or
two twin size beds, iron, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
There is a dive shop with its own dock where you can also catch
local water taxis. |

| Proximity
to Airport:
The small airport in the north (airport code SLU) is about 20 minutes
away and the large airport in the south (airport code UVF) is about
an hour and twenty minutes away. |
